a panoramic long exposure picture taken on a crane in the northern suburbs of Zürich. i loved the view from up there  and hope you like it, too.thanks to *raumzeit who not only convinced me to climb a crane  (he's the guy visible in the pic BTW), but also suggested a program to do the stitching. i just couldn't be bothered to do so manually this time...  i guess only full view makes sense for this picture, but beware - it's about 650 KB.  tech:  Sony Cybershot DSC F-707 10 photographs stitched together using panorama factory slight curves adjustment to increase contrast back to what it was before stitching sharpenend a little |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. These things i know are reflections of myself.
as deviantART prints need to be of a certain aspect ratio [link] , making this panorama available as print would require it to have huge (black) borders at the top and bottom.
one'd have to buy a huge print, cut away the additional black border and only get a narrow strip of picture out of it. i'm not sure this is what anyone wants. if you do, i'd gladly make a print available.
